EPS (Netpay) e-payment standard allows customers to make real-time online payments via their internet banking applications. The main member banks with high volumes due to the number of account holders are Bank Austria Creditanstalt, Erste Bank Sparkasse, Raiffeisen Bank, and Bawag PSK.
Note: EPS (Netpay) payment method is supported for Austria users under Euro Currency [EUR] in SEAGM.
Step 1: Choose your products in SEAGM and then click "PayNow" to be directed to the checkout page.
Step 2: Click on Online Banking and select "EPS (Netpay)". Then, click on "Pay Now" to proceed.
Step 3: Once clicked, kindly enter your bank name, code/ BIC and click on "Weiter zum Bezahlen" to continue.
***You may key in the first alphabet of your bank, and a list of bank names will be shown. Kindly select the one you need.
Step 4：Once selected, you will be directed to the payment page of the relevant bank. Kindly enter the login information to continue. 
Step 5: Kindly follow the on-screen instructions to make the payment. Once the transaction is complete, please allow the payment gateway to redirect you back to our website to finalise the transaction.
Note: Please allow our website to fully load once your transaction is completed to prevent floating orders.
Step 6: You may check your order status under "My Orders" in your SEAGM profile.
